3. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number through our lead capture form or another of our sign-up channels (including our F45 registration forms and studio systems), you consent to receive SMS messages from F45 Aurora Canada. If our waiver form displays an optional SMS checkbox, your choice there governs that number: leaving it unticked means that number is kept for your member record only, and that choice is honored permanently. These messages may include:

• Welcome and trial confirmation messages

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our business. Your information may be shared with these providers as necessary to deliver our services:

• Stripe — Payment processing for trial purchases. Stripe handles all payment card data; we never see or store your card number.
• Twilio — SMS message delivery and receipt.
• Google Sheets — Secure storage of lead and customer information.
• Anthropic — AI chatbot responses. Your chat messages are processed to generate helpful responses but are not used to train AI models.
• Zapier — Workflow automation connecting our services.

5. Advertising and Tracking

We use tracking technologies from the following advertising platforms to measure the effectiveness of our ad campaigns and deliver relevant ads:

• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel — Tracks page views, lead form submissions, and checkout events.
• TikTok Pixel — Tracks page views, lead form submissions, and checkout events. Automatic Advanced Matching is enabled, which hashes your form data (email, phone) client-side before transmission. TikTok never receives your raw personal information.
• Google Analytics 4 — Tracks website usage, page views, and conversion events.
• Microsoft Clarity — Heatmaps and anonymized session recordings that help us improve page usability. Form inputs are masked in recordings.

We also collect first-party visit analytics ourselves: the page viewed, time on page, scrolling and clicks, arrival source tags, and coarse device type. These measurements use no cookies and no persistent identifier — each page view gets a random one-time id — and they are stored by us (see Section 6), not shared with any advertising platform.

These services may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your interactions with our Site. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your personal information is stored in Google Sheets with Google's encryption at rest. API keys and credentials are stored securely in encrypted environment variables. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
