These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the F45 Aurora Canada trial program and related SMS communications operated by Wind Sprints North Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By signing up for our trial or providing your phone number, you agree to these Terms.

1. Program Description

F45 Aurora Canada offers a 1-week unlimited trial of F45 Training classes at our Aurora, Ontario location for $15 CAD (one-time payment). The trial includes access to all scheduled group training classes during the trial period.

2. Trial Purchase and Payment

• The trial costs $15.00 CAD, charged as a one-time payment via Stripe.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
• The trial period begins on the date your trial is activated and lasts for 7 consecutive days.
• The trial does not automatically renew or convert to a membership. Any membership purchase after your trial is a separate, voluntary decision.

3. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number through our website, you consent to receive SMS text messages from F45 Aurora Canada at the number provided. By opting in, you agree to the following:

• Program name: F45 Aurora Canada Notifications
• Message types: Welcome messages, class reminders, post-class check-ins, trial updates, and promotional offers
• Message frequency: Varies. You may receive multiple messages per week during your trial period.
• Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from all future SMS communications. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

4. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to purchase a trial or use our services.
• The trial offer is limited to one per person.
• You must complete a health and safety waiver before attending your first class.

5. Class Participation

• All classes are group training sessions led by certified coaches.
• You participate at your own risk. Consult your physician before starting any exercise program.
• F45 Aurora Canada is not liable for injuries sustained during classes, except in cases of gross negligence.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove participants who behave in a disruptive or unsafe manner.

6. AI Chatbot

Our website features an AI-powered chatbot that can answer questions about our studio and trial program. The chatbot provides general information only and its responses do not constitute medical advice, fitness prescriptions, or guaranteed outcomes. AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate.

7. Refund Policy

Trial purchases are generally non-refundable. If you experience an issue with your trial, please contact us at (647) 501-3392 or auroracanada@f45training.com and we will work with you to find a resolution.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wind Sprints North Limited and F45 Aurora Canada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, website, or participation in classes.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
